PLC\u2019nin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 literat\u00fcrde \u201cProgrammable Logic Controller\u201d olarak ge\u00e7mektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eirketimizinde misyon ve vizyonuna hizmet eden bu cihaz\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 asl\u0131nda bir end\u00fcstri devrimini de beraberinde getirmi\u015ftir. End\u00fcstri 3.0 teknolojisinin temel yap\u0131s\u0131 olan bu cihaz g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde proses ve \u00fcretim end\u00fcstrilerinde asl\u0131nda end\u00fcstrinin bir \u00e7ok yerinde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6le ve Kontakt\u00f6r sistemlerinin yerini almak i\u00e7in ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bu \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn faydalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131ralayal\u0131m;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>PLC\u2019 nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck avantaj\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck voltajlarda, bak\u0131m maliyetlerinin elektromekanik r\u00f6le kontrol sistemlerine g\u00f6re olduk\u00e7a ucuz olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>BAS\u0130TL\u0130K: PLC\u2019 nin mod\u00fcller yap\u0131s\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6zel uygulamalara ve sistemleri de\u011fi\u015ftirebilmelidir.<\/li><li>OZELL\u0130KLERI: PLC\u2019 nin mod\u00fcler yap\u0131s\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6zel uygulamalara ve sistemlerin uzant\u0131lar\u0131na cevap verecek bi\u00e7imde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>UYGUNLLUK: Elektro mekanik sistem kontrolleri ve bunlar\u0131n devre ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131n\u0131rsa PLC\u2019nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fe g\u00f6re kaplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan ve teferruat\u0131 olduk\u00e7a farkl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde oldu\u011fundan yerden tasarruf edilir.<\/li><li>DEG\u0130\u015eKENL\u0130K: PLC\u2019 nin mekanik par\u00e7alar\u0131 olmay\u0131p genel ama\u00e7l\u0131 kontrol ayg\u0131tlar\u0131d\u0131r. PLC\u2019 nin tekrar tekrar program yapacak bi\u00e7imde bir\u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fik ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 yerine getirebilecek ilave devre dizaynlar yap\u0131labilir.<\/li><li>GERCEKC\u0130L\u0130K: PLC\u2019 lerin elektromekanik k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in k\u0131r\u0131lacak bozulacak par\u00e7alar\u0131 yoktur. PLC\u2019lerin bir \u00e7o\u011fu bug\u00fcn mod\u00fcler yap\u0131dad\u0131r. Ekle \u00e7\u0131kar y\u00f6ntemleri ile i\u015flevleri artt\u0131r\u0131labilmektedir.
